Admission requirements

New doctoral students who have not registered yet, have to register for the doctorate via eApply starting Monday, April 3, 2023.

Can I be admitted to a doctorate at ETH Zurich?

The condition for admission to the doctorate at ETH Zurich is basically a university Master's degree recognised by ETH.

The Master's degree must be completed before the registration for the doctorate (eApply).

CV (only university education, with links to the website of relevant Bachelor's and Master's programs)
Bachelor's degree certificate
Bachelor's transcripts/grade reports & diploma supplement
Master's degree certificate
Master's transcripts/grade reports & diploma supplement
