A further rise in satisfaction with our catering facilities
The guests of the restaurants and canteens at ETH Zurich have awarded our catering facilities even higher ratings than in the last guest survey conducted in 2017. More people took part than ever before. Some of them would still like to see improvements in prices and in the range of food on offer.
BioMed Entrepreneurship
The University of Zurich offers the Minor in BioMed Entrepreneurship. The programme, which is also open to ETH students, teaches entrepreneurial knowledge to Master's students of Life Sciences.

Where can I report inappropriate behaviour?
An anonymous reporting form has been available to ETH members since 1 April 2023 if they experience or witness inappropriate behaviour at the university. The online form is another way in which students can report anyone who has overstepped boundaries.

Make contacts at the Polymesse
The Polymesse offers the opportunity to get in touch with more than 140 participating companies during three days. Before the fair, the ETH Career Center offers a preparation event with useful hints on the application process.
Taking a stand against sexual harassment
Sexual Harassment Awareness Day will take place on 23 March. Universities and research institutions throughout Switzerland will for the first time campaign jointly for an environment without sexism and sexual harassment. ETH Zurich is also taking a stand to show that such transgressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Support the 2023 International Chemistry Olympiad
The International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) will take place for the first time in Switzerland and at ETH Zurich from 16 to 25 July 2023. Helpers are being sought for this major event.

Solidarity with the earthquake victims
On 6 February, an earthquake shook Turkey and Syria. An overview of fundraising appeals in aid of earthquake victims, and where affected members of the ETH community can find psychological support.

In the coming weeks, ETH Zurich will start to roll out multi-factor authentication (MFA) to the first users. Applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom or the Web Center will now require a second login confirmation. Read on to find out what you need to do.
