Departmental structure
The Campus Services department reports to the Vice President for Infrastructure. It is divided into five sections and one staff unit.
In providing a wide range of services for the university, the Campus Services department prepares the best possible conditions for outstanding teaching and research at ETH Zurich.

Management and Support is on hand to assist and advise the various sections. Cross-sectional project management and controlling guides Campus Services' initiatives and goals, while internal communication and in-house events bring together all members of the department. In addition, we offer web and communication support services and organisational assistance in personnel and administrative matters.

Our Events and Hospitality section will assist you all the way – from the approval process and advice on the concept through to implementation of your event at ETH Zurich, and post-event follow-up. Let us inspire you with our expertise and unusual venues! As well as running guided tours and events, Events and Hospitality also takes care of accommodation for guests and guest lecturers at ETH Zurich.

Campus Community Relations is working closely with the Real Estate and Corporate Communications departments and is engaged in open dialogue with ETH members, the general public, institutions, politicians, and key local figures.
Christian Meyer

Mobility and Logistics provides sustainable mobility services for the ETH community and assists in all aspects of mail processing, warehousing, consumables management, transport and relocations.
The ETH Zurich Logistics Centre is located in Oerlikon, this is where mail processing and the storage of consumables are coordinated. The central high-bay warehouse in Regensdorf complements the location in Oerlikon. The Hönggerberg site is responsible for transport, relocations and vehicle maintenance.

When it comes to publications, our professional service caters to your needs: we advise, optimise and produce, while ensuring feasibility, efficiency and adherence to budget and deadlines.
The section is thus the central point of contact for all matters relating to design, printing and digitisation at ETH Zurich. With eight students on our Interactive Media training programme, we are actively promoting the transition from the analogue to the digital era.
