A further rise in satisfaction with our catering facilities

The guests of the restaurants and canteens at ETH Zurich have awarded our catering facilities even higher ratings than in the last guest survey conducted in 2017. More people took part than ever before. Some of them would still like to see improvements in prices and in the range of food on offer.

ZFV receives the approval for the catering operation "Bistro & Science Lounge" in the new ETH research building on campus Schällemätteli in Basel

When the ETH members move into the new research building BSS, the planned restaurant with the two locations «Bistro & Science Lounge» will be handed over to ZFV.

Ventilation of Clausiusbar under construction - limited diversity of restaurant offer

From June 26 to September 18, 2023, extensive work will be carried out on the ventilation system in the Clausiusbar restaurant, which means that the restaurant will be closed during this time. The CLA kiosk in the Glass Hall will remain open on a regular basis and will offer a daily vegetarian menu as a take-away in addition to its regular offerings.
